Are you a trading counterparty?

No. This is the foundation of our model. We are not brokers, traders, or business introducers. We take zero commission on volumes bought or sold. We take no market positions. This neutrality allows us to audit your operations without any conflict of interest. This independence is a prerequisite for objective risk assessment and conflict-free audits.

What is the tangible deliverable?

Why not just use our internal teams?

Can we skip the « Diagnostic » phase?

No. We do not prescribe medication without a clinical examination. The Exposure Diagnostic is a mandatory prerequisite for any new engagement. It allows us to precisely map your flows, existing contracts, and points of vulnerability. Acting without this mapping would be improvisation. We do strategy.

What is the ROI of your intervention?

Where is my data hosted and how is AI handled?

Sovereignty and total ring-fencing. This is a red line for us: all your data is hosted exclusively in France, within a sovereign environment. Legally, it never leaves the protective European jurisdiction. Regarding AI, we use governed inference. Concretely, this means your data is never used to train public models (like ChatGPT). It remains strictly within a private, closed circuit. Your intelligence never leaks into the public cloud limbo.

How is sensitive supply chain data handled?

With absolute watertightness. To work effectively, we must access critical information (supplier names, cost structures, contracts). Our engagements include strict NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Your data is used solely for your analysis. It is never aggregated, never shared, and never sold.
